It is frustrating when someone refuses to make a decision; when every question is answered with “I don’t know” or “anything”. As frustrating as it can be for you, it can be equally stressful for someone with depression or anxiety, if not more so.

The Joys of Getting a Diagnosis

Few people enjoy getting diagnoses because of everything that follows – the generalisation, the stigma, the discrimination… However, I cannot help but wonder whether there is a silver lining to receiving a diagnosis. A relief, of sorts.
